The New Macbook!

Last year Apple had announced their Apple Watch which was a complete stupidity of them to set one of the models for the price of $10,000/- which is ultimately a lot... And I doubt it's sales and profits... So, this year at the beginning of March, they announced their new Macbook. They just specified this only as a 'MACBOOK'. It's drastically thin and unbelievable with a lot changes from their other Macbooks till now. And this is the thinnest sensible laptop on Earth right now! They did surely do a few compromises, but some of them are just a benefit for the users...

This laptop is just 2 pounds (less than 1 kg) light weighed and is easy to carry around for those who like it that way. Its around 13mm thin and what to say.... just beautifully produced by Apple. 

This device is surely thin for the back lit Apple logo to glow. So, now it looks like a big iPad. But, the logo surely reflects. 

Keyboard- The keys of the new macbook are just too light and you cannot strike it as the thinness doesn't allow much depth... They did create a technology called 'butterfly switches'. Now, this technology is nothing but making the keys double sided, so that you can evenly press the keys even when you hit at the edge. Apple said they made this to improve the typing experience. Here is the mechanism:-

From this pic we can clearly understand how apple has renovated the new key mechanism... So, usually we press the middle for a better press and in the b'fly type keys you get an equal feel even at the edges....

The ports- Well, unfortunately this macbook has only one port for charging which is of USB Type-C and we have seen it before in some infamous devices like the Nokia N1 android tablet. It helps in data transferring and charging which is on the left side of the device. On the right side we have the circular 3.5 mm audio-jack for headphones. 

Touch pad- The touch pad doesn't support and clicks. Again, that's a huge problems for traditional laptop users like me. You just lightly press it for a single click and it absorbs the pressure to read your clicks. If you pressurize it harder and you get a clicky feel, it'll look up the word(suppose the cursor is on text)... 


And its just like a touch smartphone where you can just hold the fast forward button in a video to increase the speed the more time you hold it... That is an advantage....

Since Apple compromised their logo's light, they did include the keyboard's backlight...

Display- The macbook has a large 1 ft retina display with 2304 x 1440 pixels... It is just amazing - the screen and it has a 16:10 aspect ratio! 

The viewing angle is also splendid with up to 178 degrees... 

That was a quick look at the new features of the new macbook... It starts from $1300! I wouldn't say it's a total waste of money if you're interested to buy this product... Ultimately, it is Apple's new macbook, so I would buy it for a change and if you like this new type of laptop which is completely made up of new ideas and cool designs then I would definitely suggest go ahead with it...
