7 Things You Should Know about Apple's iPhone 7

In tech town, rumors about the Apple's iPhone 7 has been prevalent. Most of which turned out to be true after it was finally released on September 7th. So, here are 7 facts you should know about the new iPhone 7:-

Refined Design 

iPhone 7/7+ might look like a typical iPhone 6/6s but some differences in design are clearly visible like the antenna bands which were across it's back has been removed which gives it a simple look.

The Home button now is no more clickable. It is a pressure sensitive circular button which reminds us of 2015's Macbook's force touch track pads. 

New Color Variants

Two new color variants are out... We've been waiting for these since ages. They are - Black and Jet Black. The black is the normal matte black material and the jet black is a super slippery lustrous material on the iPhone 7. This one might not be preferred as it is prone to fingerprints and scratches. 

Official Water+Dust Resistance

iPhones are believed to be water and dust proof but the now it's 'official'. 

Camera

The new models now have a 12 MP camera with f 1.8 aperture and optical image stabilization. Quad LED flash and Raw image flash are new features.  The front facing camera now has a gigantic 7 MP camera.

Whats astonishing and new is that the iPhone 7+ has two cameras (L-56mm, R-28mm lenses)

 Stereo Speakers

There are 2 speakers, one near the charging port and one near the proximity sensor, which is to give a unique stereo experience. 

Jack's Gone!

The widespread rumor that Apple will be eliminating the 3.5mm earphone jack ... turned out to be true. Now audio through earphones can be heard either by using a $9 adapter (lightning wire to audio jack) or the new airpods. One clear downfall is that both lightning charger and earphones cannot be plugged in at the same time. 

AirPods!

With the earphone jack gone, Apple wants its users to experience a wireless audio transmission. This can be done by purchasing and using airpods which cost around $160... These airpods do have touch sensitive area behind them which activates Siri. The connection is pretty easy too. 

These were the 7 notable facts and features of iPhone7/7+... Of course, new specs like an A10 chip which provides a different level of performance. These new models however have provided the tech world with some new and unique features from Apple.
